Do i need to create an account before i can purchase a ticket?

You don't need to create an account before purchasing a ticket, simply click on continue without login.

Can i use my GUO mobile app login?

Yes you can, it's the same account. If for any reason you are unable to login, kindly click forget password and follow the prompt

What if I miss my bus?

Our ticket is valid for a 30 days.

Can my departure date be changed?

Customers are allowed one free date change. Subsequent changes will attract a change fee of 2,000. Which must be paid before change can be effected.

Can i book and travel on the same day?

Customers are not allowed to book and travel on the same day. If you must travel on the same day, it will attract a charge fee of 1,000.

How much luggage i am entitled to carry?

The maximum weight of luggage you are entitled to carry is 10kg, additional kg will attract extra charges.

How safe are your payment platforms?

Our payment gateway is handled by Paystack & Flutter wave and both platform is protected with a 256 encryption SSL certificate.

What should i do when my atm card payment fails

Kindly make payment using your wallet, you can fund your wallet by transfering funds to your unique account number found on your profile page.

Do you travel outside Nigeria?

Yes! we travel to other West African countries namely Seme border, Benin, Togo and Ghana (Accra, Madina , Tema).

How do I pay for a round trip?

Click on the round trip option on the booking page and follow the prompt.

When am I eligible for a free trip?

A customer is eligible for a free trip after he/she has travelled 10 round trips (to and fro ) with us.

Do all your buses have AC unit?

Yes, all our buses have AC unit unless stated otherwise at the terminal.
